Counselors in Training Program (CIT)

The Camp Universe Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is designed for motivated students ages 13–17 who are ready to grow as leaders while supporting a fun, engaging camp experience. Thirteen-year-old applicants must have completed 8th grade.

CITs assist camp staff, support campers, and model positive behavior. CITs may rotate through activities or remain with a group based on daily mission needs.

Daily Activities: Managing or assisting in Art, Science, Physical Movement, Crafting, and group sports.

CITs Receive:

• Camp Universe CIT Shirt

• Certificate of Completion

• Community Service Hours

Program Fee: $150 per week (due upon acceptance)

Week 1 Dates: June 8 - June 12

Week 2 Dates: June 15 - June 19

Time: 8am - 2pm
